Dear Sir/ Ma’am, This complaint is my online purchase of FURNY SOFA from https://www.furny.in . I purchased * seater plus * seater Sofas’ from this company after discussion with Mr. Suraj who is sales person over there and made advance payment of Rs. *****. The furniture I ordered was damaged and i request immediate to take back this sofa because the design was also beyond my expectation and also out of the pictures what they posted in their website.
Since **th of August **** i am fighting with company to exchange with other model else refund the amount but nobody giving proper response. Sales person Mr. Suraj also not picking phone.
I have enough evidence in my mail regarding my followup and discussion with them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
