Furny is pulling huge scams. They do not have anyone to deliver the product yet they are accepting orders left and right. They keep promising delivery but my order never arrived. They do not have any system of follow-up or sharing any information with the customer once an order is placed. You have to beg for a receipt. I had to call and beg for an update on the delivery. When I managed to get in touch with them, the customer service will make any false claim and promise of delivery to keep you momentarily happy. They will not keep to any of their promised delivery date. While on the website it says delivery will be done quickly you will not receive any product or update for at least a month maybe even longer. THEY DO NOT EVEN PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND GIVE NO UPDATES AND DO NOT EVEN DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT. I just want my refund.
