Raj Kedari filed complaint against Royal Enfield on Mar 8, 2020
Since the purchase, I have taken the New Himalayan Motorcycle to service center a few times to check the suspension issue and engine noise. Over the time there has been multiple escalation at Support end as well as service center. But nothing has been done.
Currently; my new motorcycle has defective rear monoshock and Engine issue. Due to the defective monoshock, facing sever back bone problems and hence going from a medical treatment.
I have filed about * complaints at royal enfield end, about * are closed without any resolutions nor my consent. One has been raised recently, but no response yet.
As promised by RE, the part supposed to arrive on ** Feb and so far it delayed.
I have requested for the motorcycle replacement or refund along with the compensation for the losses RE have done to me. Motorcycle refund won't just do enough.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
