- Defective mobile delivered by Flipkart Open

On **th August I ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart and they sent it to me on *rd September. On opening the package I found that the mobile was defective. Everything was ok but it was not turning on. So I immediately placed a replacement order of the same. On the same day they called me assured me over phone that it will be replaced. I checked my order section in Flipkart and found on *th September technician would visit me and it would be replaced by **th September. But on due date no one came to take the defective Phone back. and they cancelled my replacement order. Then I again placed replacement order but again they cancelled my order. Now they have withdrawn the replacement option. I have lost faith in Flipkart. Flipkart being an indian company it was always given priority but they have disappointed me. I have never thought such a huge company like Flipkart will do like this.
