We draw your kind attention regarding order cancellation
I brought the subscription for my son for class * to **, after a few days I found the product not making intelligence and it no way meeting the requirements. Which was not as per commitment initially. I have done ‘N’ number of repeated follow-ups with Byju's team for order cancellation, but they are behaving rudely and declined for order cancellation. There is no clear team to sort this issue and they are just claiming one on the other. Very poor management and It is the mainly unethical business. Kindly help in the cancellation of the order and give the confirmation.
