I purchased Noise X* Pro ear buds from Amazon india which was delivered to us on *th Nov' ** having invoice no. IN-BOM*-*******. However after open delivery package it was Observed that product was already used , charger was missing & packing wasn't proper. We have raised request on same day for replacement it was shown as accepted. On following with amazon team after few days they informed us that return slot of product is already closed and product cannot be returned. Even Replacement request raised by us on amazon site was not visible. We have done several Followups with Amazon Team as well as seller Appario retail but out words have been falling on deaf ears. Its one of worst experience i have got from amazon online shopping
