Gati did not returned my parcel when i asked them to since i postponed my travel and wouldnt be available to receive the same at destination. But they did not returned to origin and instead they delivered it to destination . I collected the parcel from my neighbour after few days , the parcel was good in condition from outsude but but when i removed the packing materials and tape, i was shocked to see that the parcel was completely damaged, inside materials which was kept in trolley was also destroyed and damaged. Now Gati is not refunding the insurance amount and they saying that You should have complained within ** hrs, i told them the full story that i was not available to collect the parcel and check for any damage. The day i checked i reached out to support and raised complaint. But after following up for ** days the result is same as beginning, they keep on replying me same that you dis not informed us within ** hrs hence we cannot help you. I want Gati to refund my amount of damage cost.
