Pharmeasy - Damaged insulin cartridges

I had ordered the Lantus insulin cartridge on the pharmeasy app on July **, ****. Invoice number is C***-**-********. Order Id: *******. The insulin bottle was damaged when I opened the cartridge packet and the insulin was leaking. Pharmeasy put my life on risk and is unwilling to refund or replace the product.
