Pharmeasy - Medicine not delivered losted the package

I ordered the medicine from PharmEasy on **.**.****, expected delivery date was **.**.**** but I have not received the medicine package till **.**.****, I have called customer care of PharmEasy many times but every time they said they would deliver the product next time. Today I got a call from the pharmacy that my medicine order was lost, so I have to cancel the order and place a new order for the same medicine, i want a proper solution.
