Pharmeasy - Medicine not delivered nor money refunded

It has been a pathetic experience with the PharmEasy team. Customer team is very rude and unprofessional.
I placed an order on **th August **** order id ****************** between ** pm to **:** pm IST. It was very critical for me to get the medicines on time.
I believed in PharmEasy assuming that your team will take my request and process it on time.

Unfortunately I had the worst experience and it is a big scam from them
If you look at the order id, I placed a request for two medicines for * qty each.
*. Productive-F ** tables - Qty *
*. Nutricell Strip of ** capsule - qty *

But I received * qty of productive-F tablets and zero qty of Nutricell strip medicine.
Immediately I reached out to the PharmEasy team and made a request to return the additional strip of ** tables which I received of productive-F.
Their team without second question accepted their mistake and asked me to raise the request for return and suggested me to select refund to PharmEasy Wallet instead of refunding to actual source system and ticket id #********.

Next day I saw in my PharmEasy wallet Rs ***.** is credited which is for * medicine. I was surprised to see only Rs ***.**, instead of Rs ***.**.
I reached out to customer care and asked them to refund the remaining amount and they raised a ticket Id #******** and surprisingly your team closed the ticket without informing me.
When I again tried to reach your team, your team was amendment and declined to accept my request.
This is a really unprofessional, pathetic experience.

When I forced their team and asked for clarification on why can't they refund, they started saying that as per their team records medicines are delivered in the right qty, then my immediate question is when they know that delivered right qty of medicine why did they suggest me to raise return request for one additional strip of Proactive-F medicine.

I am so frustrated by their team, today I called them again and asked them to refund money to my source account instead of wallet, again their unprofessional team started giving excuses to return my money to the source account.

In actual *** ** has to returned. They returned only rs *** to pharmeasy wallet instead of returning to source account. This a big scam they force people to buy again from their platform. I requested them to return my money to source account, which they are not ready to do and second thing remaining rs *** amount they are neither ready to refund to wallet nor to source account.

Please help me from these scammers.
