We have booked hb*ac and ** st they came took blood sample. But still we have nit received the reports. When I called customer care department they said they will get back to me.
Afternoon I got a call from Mr rajesh he saying because of some IT issue they are unable to issue reports. It is an ridiculous and pathetic services which you have.
He told he will refund the amount. I want my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
