Today I had recharged my account, but channels are not seen. Screen showing error E**-*: sorry, you have insufficient Balance. And my account shows the amount on screen.

As per trai I had chooses my channel but still not getting any confirmation and not see the channels. Even though pervious package channels also not seen. If D*H having any technical issues with them should be informed to everyone.

I am trying to contact customer care since last two week but all contacts numbers are not reachable. Also I drop mail including nodal officer but still not getting any reply.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
