- D2H channels not seen even after recharge and helpline or Customer care numbers not reachable Open

Today I had recharged my account, but channels are not seen. Screen showing error E18-4: sorry, you have insufficient Balance. And my account shows the amount on screen.
As per trai I had chooses my channel but still not getting any confirmation and not see the channels. Even though pervious package channels also not seen. If D2H having any technical issues with them should be informed to everyone.
I am trying to contact customer care since last two week but all contacts numbers are not reachable. Also I drop mail including nodal officer but still not getting any reply.
