Go Ibibio - Credit Shell utilisation problem

I had booked multiple air tickets through Go Ibibo but got cancelled due to COVID ** situation however they mentioned that there is credit shell available future bookings. I tried to utilise the same but couldn't succeed. I have been trying for last ** days to book the tickets utilising the credit amount but unsuccessful. I tried reaching out customer care but there is no one to support. I also tried to get help through automated support but couldn't get the required assistance. Now the price of the tickets have gone sky high which I can't afford. I m feeling like abandoned in this crisis period. Pls look into the concern resolve on priority
