I have purchased byju's ias tablet course for **** in August for Rs *****. Due to financial reasons, my mom couldn't able to pay the fee further and we asked byju's to cancel my course from October *nd week. Also she's is a single parent, she couldn't afford to pay the fee. On Nov **,without our knowledge, byju's debited EMI amount. When we said that we can't able to pay the fee, kindly cancel it immediately, they are forcing us to pay within xxx time. Sometimes, they are speaking rudely to me and my mom. This made us suffer mentally. The one who joined me in byju's, he didn't reply to me, seems so cool. These money minded people didn't think about the mental health of the person urging us to pay the EMI all of a sudden. We don't need any refund instead please cancel this course. These people are so rude when it comes to money. We have suffered a lot mentally.
