Hi there I have purchased an item online and courier service which they have choosed by the seller unfortunately is dtdc (+** ***** *****) . The courier department franchise in kottayam athirampuzha kerala area has a unprofessional way of approach towards me . They are meant to deliver the package to my home address but they’re insisting to collect it from the office what’s the point of courier service . Even dtdc is not responding properly yet
