Byjus - Contract not performed

Dear sir I purchased a Byjus learning product from Byjus salesman as he committed to me that there will be online tutor will also be provided to you but there was not any any tutor provided due to the breach in the promise from company side I sent a mail to company for refund my money back within ** days as it was written in agreement cluase between us but still they are refusing to give my refund back due to that my CIBIL rating also affected as afraid from that I did not maintain my bank balance ....So please provide me a appropriate relief
