Byjus - Continues calls and torture

I have taken BYJU’S last year **** march. After making one emi paid i told i want to cancel it because my daughter Is not using it. But your BYJU’S team not possible you once taken it ll continues. Then again i guy from financial team told after * emis we can cancel. Tried that too but no change same answer…..
Now i have almost payed the emi hook or crook but your team is still going on calling us everyday ** times … sending msgs * times … doing an ecs everyday from my bank …. Just bcoz i am not able to pay the EMI …. Where in i always inform them ill pay it have some issues doing it now… BYJU’S team members are them self telling dont answer calls … what is this going on why is your team torturing us so much …. I dont want this BYJU’S big mistake in my life
