recently i got miui update march security update after that my phone (poco f* *g) touch of bottom wasn't responding to particular areas after that i talked to customer chat service where they told me to take out tempered glass, after that i got some minor scratch. to be clear after being purchase my phone was always with phone cover and tempered glass, i haven't got any major dent and scratch some minor scratch that i got recently after talking chat service to poco customer. after that they told me to go service center for devices checking. they told me phone won't get any warranty in water damage. so after doing all the paper work, i went home they called me told me there are scratch and dent in the phone and *.*mm over body something. till now i never done any physical damage to phone, so according to there policy they don't cover phone with scratch and dent under warranty. this policy is so meaningless. scratches and dents is normal to a phone over the time. but they consider this as wear and tear and put this matter out of warranty. now i am basically paying for scratch and dent that normal to a phone about Rs ****/- as a physical damage which not even major damage. my phone is totally fine condition no glass break nor back nor front, no major scratch like breaking glass or too much dent and phone was totally fine before update. they don't tell this things when they advertise there phone that scratch and dent also taken as physical damage even the minor scratch. This policy is a totally money making scheme and harassment to customer. if it was actually a physical damage from my side i would have paid the spare part cost. basically do not use your phone just purchase from us if you use it and if you want repairing in warranty don't get scratch and dent or pay us. now i am paying to poco Rs ****/- for scratch and dent that totally baseless reason
