Dear Sir- We have paid the fees - Rs.**,*** for Byjus class for grade-* to * for * years. We told the Byjus agent that my daughter will be attending the class from Sweden and we told the time slot(After * pm IST hrs) and after payment the teachers are not ok with the time slot and at the same time we are not able to connect the classes online due to restrictions with the Byjus App. Not even single class attended and payment was paid on **th Aug **** and we have sent email for cancellation and there is no response till now. Our Byjus cancellation request number - ********. Kindly do the needful. Thanks in advance.
