Byjus - Company has cheated on us

On **rd March ****, two people named Satyam Mishra and Yash came from BYJU'S Company and told me that my daughter has studied from their app. And then they started telling me about their app and classes. They told me that I have to deposit the amount and if I did not find it helpful for my daughter then the product can be returned and money would be given back within ** days. I trusted them and took their product but my daughter told me that she could not understand topics. So I decided to return it, I called Satyam Mishra (person who came from BYJU'S)
But he didn't pick up my phone. Therefore I called on the number of the company and talked to one of the members of BYJU'S and told her everything. But she refused to take the product back and to return the money. She said that nothing can happen now. And they are forcing us to keep that product.
