Cleartrip Not Rescheduling the Tickets as per Updated Airlines Policy on account of outbreak of Corona Virus. I have booked tickets from Hyderabad to Dubai adn Mumbai to Dubai for **th March for two families. I have been trying to reach out to cleartrip to reschedule the ticket to **th October which falls within ** months reschedule waiver as provided by cleartrip but cleartrip agents are transferring the calls to other departments with ** minutes of wait time on every call and finally the call getting disconnected without providing any resolution.
