- Cleartrip irresponsible cancellation Open
I have intiate an online cancellation when spicejet customer care was not ready to pick my call. Last Wednesday their UAE call centre cancellation option doesn't work at all. When I do online cancel the message says the money will be refunded after the airlines confirm the refund. It's been * days and they have send me a message stating my refund is zero . I lost ***** AED. If the refund amount is zero, why they didn't take the confirmation from me before cancel. When I call their centre they ask me to call Emirates airlines and they ask me to call cleartrip. My point is as a ticketing partner if the refund is zero they should take my confirmation and stating the value or they should notified be the amount is not refundable before I press cancel my ticket in their online portal. They are luring customers to fall in the trap by saying money will refunded and hiding the real facts when the refund is zero.
