Cleartrip - Cleartrip Hotel mismatch

We booked a hotel for our vacation through cleartrip but we feel cheated as there were several mismatch from the listing and the actual amenities provided
Mismatch Details:
*. Listing picture showed tent but we were provided a brick and plastered room
*. In listing it was mentioned additional beds for * but we were provided only * mattresses over floor. It was never mentioned in the details

Improper listing led us to believe in something which was not there. These details should have been mentioned in the listing we that we could have taken an informed decision and avoided the hassale.
