We have booked honeymoon tickets for Banglore to Bali and return. While returning from Bali on *rd March ****, we were not allowed to board the flight from Bali airport by airlines as according to them our tickets are cancelled by our online booking partner i.e Goibibo. We missed all the flight for that day and had to stay another day in Bali. We booked another ticket for the next day by our own expenses to return from there and incurred stay and food expenses for * day. We were told by Goibibo team that they will investigate the issue and refund our money claimed for the same but till date, we are waiting for our refund.
