Hi ,
I Have opted for setlemnet request on **th july , then they told the due date is **nd to get the letter ,
I am follwoing up daily from **th , like i have not recevied the letter any issue, on **th,**th,**th,**st, **nd also, **rd, **th,**th,
i got a call on **th, and said your settlement is approved for amount *****,but the due date is **th itself, i said what ? they calling me on **th instead of **nd , they calling on **th and said **th due date for this letter for approved amount
I asked them if i pay now on the call itself , will you consider as settled, that person said YES, then i paid on the call itslef, post till now , they have not settled the amount and, they are keep on changing the dates to **th july, *rd aug, *th aug,*th aug,**th,**th aug i got a call and said, still we are working , it will be resolved by **th AUG , today is **th AUG , still they are saying , we will raise a new complaint ticket, the date is **nd AUG , what is this ?
i just need to file a cheating case for *CR for SBI ,
if they didn't respond today with solution, i am ready to raise it
