sub: cheating done to me by amazon bearing order no. 408-3422873-7465969
i ilias mondal have placed an order online on amazon’s e-commerce platform on 13.06.2017 bearing order no. 408-3422873-7465969 and the product was redmi 4 mobile in the name of my friend noorislam mondal. this order was placed with more difficulty by engaging 2 pc’s and 2 mobile and finally i placed the order on the day. i have received an sms from amazon on 18.06.2017 of “out for delivery”. the delivery boy called my friend and confirmed about the order and informed him that he will deliver the same in the evening by 7:00pm. the delivery boy further enquired about the contents of the package/box. my friend informed him that it was redmi 4 latest / newly launched mobile phone. my friend waited till the evening for the product to be delivered but till date the order was not received and i received an sms from amazon on 18.06.2017 at 8:30pm that the “delivery successful”. when i called my friend for confirmation i was shocked to hear from him that the product was not delivered to him but the delivery boy from amazon transportation services (tracking id is 221217477441) stole the product and he collected the product and he updated in their system that the “product is delivered”. this type of unfair trade practice has happened. i tried to contact the delivery boy but he has not lifted the phone. this means the delivery boy has lifted the phone without intimation and made the payment of rs. 6998/- to the company. so nobody will have a doubt on him.
in this regards i made an online call request and mr. vaibhav b amazon tele-caller executive talked to me on the same day i.e. 18.06.2017. he informed me that amazon will take action on the delivery partner. further i had contacted on 19.06.2017 and talked to mr. akash p. amazon tele-caller executive and he told me that on 21.06.2017 your problems will be solved. on 20.06.2017 i had talked to mr. pravin and he was arguing that he cannot do anything for no fault of mine.
this i needed desirously before ramzan id i.e. 26.06.2017. if the same incident would have happened to you then what will be your reaction, as i have promised my friend to deliver the product before 26.06.2017.
they replied for this complaint that they will be solving this problem by 24.06.2017 and now they are requesting me to order a new phone. but i want my things to be clean, so i requested them to get me the letter from the seller i.e. “m/s. e – mobiles” that the order is cancelled and also to update the same in the system as the order was in my best friend’s name and that can be misused mischievously by anybody.
please find enclosed the copy of the invoice in my best friend’s name which i collected from my amazon profile.
don’t you feel this is cheating done to me by unfair trade practice? kindly give justice to me either by compensating with the same amount of sale i.e. rs. 6998/- for mental harassment or same mobile to be delivered bearing the same order no or seller cancellation letter.
