*. At the time of billing, I was told to pick a Nailpolish. Before picking it up, I cross checked with the cashier if it is for free and he confirmed the same. But the cost of the nailpolish was included in the bill (Rs **). Why should they lie to the customer and make us pick a product from their store?
*. And at the time of billing, they told me my Westside point card was expired so need my phone number to renew it. They did not mention it was chargeable but the renewable cost was included in the bill (Rs ***)
Even though the amount is less. It is not right to cheat customers and loot money from them. Also I don't understand why can't they give carry bags for free to customers!
