Royal Enfield - Cheating by giving false delivery dates

I had booked a royal enfield interceptor black ray from mpire motors Kilimanoor Kerala on June ** ****. Prior to booking on June ** **** when i went for the enquiry I clearly asked them to mention the date of delivery and gave them a days time to confirm the same. On June ** **** while booking they confimerd and assured me the vehicle will be delivered within ** days from the date of booking. When there was no response afer ** days they said some petty excuses and postponed the delivery date within Aug ** ****. On Aug ** when again enquired they postponed the date and said will be delivered within Aug **. Until now the vehicle has not been delivered and when enquires their response is cannot say a date will deliver if and when the vehicle arrives. The showroom sales team has stopped accepting calls. When complained to royal enfield first they said the tentative delivery date is on first week of September **** now when again called they are saying the tentative delivery date has been changed to November **** and cannot assure delivery in November too cause that date also can be chenged.
