Tatasky - Cheating and Fraud

I had an issue with the tata sky box for few days, for that i had registered a complaint on **.**.**. An engineer had come to my place on the same day and he suggested me to replace the box for which he charged Rs. ***/-. After replacing the box he provided the " Service Code " to one of his office staff. Minutes later he provided one more " Service Code " to him and gave him an "OTP CODE " for tata binge service (which i was not aware of) from alert messages on my TV.

After * hour i received message of Rs. ***/- deduction from my tata sky account. I called helpline service and they said since i activated binge service i would be charged this amount on monthly basis. I told him that i dont need the services , to which he said i have to return the fire stick which was provided. I was shocked to hear , since i have not received any fire stick.

To my knowledge the engineer had raised a request for tata sky binge and he activated it providing the OTP from my Set top box. When i called him to ask where is the fire stick he said it will be " Couriered " to me from tata sky (Im not aware of that too). So does the company train them to do so to LOOT the customers ? On what basis of qualification they appoint a person or is this the way the company allows so to boost their income ? It is a low and cheap kind of trick. Being a customer for so many years this is by far the worst experience of my life with Tata sky.
