Complaint filed against: Amazon India
On 3rd of November, I made a request on Amazon to return my under-performing hammer drill machine I scheduled it for 5th, Nov and as scheduled I was contacted by Amit Sharma from Amazon for the pick up, I guided him to my house on phone and returned my product on asking for the return slip he told me that I'd get a text message instead. I thought I was done with the return as it wasn't the first time I had returned a product on Amazon it all went smoothly.
I was contacted by another guy on next day for return again so, I made a complaint to customer support but on 7th Nov I was contacted for pick up yet again I made a complain again and till date I made about 6 of them on call, on chat , on twitter yet they have only been asking for time again and again.
I wanna ask Amazon, I've been shopping on Amazon since 2015 and have made over 250+ orders, I'm prime member, own kindle unlimited membership, audible membership, I even own the family of Amazon products, my few of priority 11AM deliveries which I had paid extra for were delivered in the evening or even next day yet I was never refunded for those and to be honest I've been very loyal to the brand especially because echo products have been such a convenience to my elder ones. So, how is Amazon exactly a customer centric brand in this case? When it cannot even provide their loyal customer any form of customer support.
