I booked a Spicejet flight in feburary'** via EaseMyTrip, due to lockdown flight got canceled, and Spicejet provided my credit shell of Rs **k approx. In August I used *k approx. credit shell to book a flight and rest *k was valid till **' Feb'**. However, I can to know that due to covid restriction Spicejet has refunded back the balance to the origin (in my case it was Easemytrip) and then I check with EaseMyTrip, to refund the same in my account but CC asked me to cancel the flight (EMT******XX) to process the refund, for which there will be a convenience fee for Rs. **** + EMT Service charge for Rs. *** per pax.
