I ordered something on Zomato on *th May. I reordered because the restaurant did not have an item I ordered at that time, but mistakenly ordered the same items again. When I tried to cancel one of the orders, I couldn't do it without losing all the money I had paid. One of the orders was cancelled at restaurant's end, but Zomato shows both orders delivered and I was charged for both of them while I received only one.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
