- Channels not visible Open
I had made a recharge online through d*h app. When I tried to browse the package it showed me *** pack against my account no. So I made a payment after which I came to know that I am unable to view the channels so again made a recharge of *** which I usually do. But still unable to view channels. Already escalated multiple times no update my current ammount is *** Rs balance and package of *** is been activated message comes but still unable to view my previous channels. Customer care team says we don't have access to check the same as we are doing work from home. So who will resolve our query after a month my recharge will get over what will I do in this case . Also filed a case in their forum but getting replies same like customer support we have limited access to system.
