SUBJECT:-
I have place an order on *nd October at grofers of * packets of Vijaya Ghee worth ***/- and at checkout page i have applied "ORANGE**" coupon code, which stated that i am entitled to get *** "GROFERS CASH" Post delivery of the products.(I will be attaching the screenshot of me applying the coupon code ).But after the delivery of the product,They have credited my account with "ORANGE CASH" instead of "GROFERS CASH" (The difference between grofers cash and orage cash is that :- in case of grofers cash a customer can use ***% of the amount of cashback on the next order whereas with respect to orange cash a customer can use only **% of the ORANGE CASH on the next order.)
*th OCTOBER:-
When i spoke to the Grofers team on *th OCTOBER regarding this issue they assursed me that the amount will get changed and will get reflected correctly in GROFERS CASH BY END OF THE DAY(SCREENSHOT OF THE SAME ATTACHED).
TODAY
*th october :-
When i called them up enquiring about the status of the CASHBACK, The grofers team denied the cashback and are not willing to give me Rs.*** GROFERS CASH by stating that issusing this kind of cashback is against there policy and also they told that there is a technical GLITCH and they dont want to give GROFERS CASH AND WILL ONLY GIVE ORANGE CASH PLEASE HELP(COZ OF THERE GLITCH CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BORNE THE LOSSES).If they were not able to give me the cashback then why did they mailed me stating my cashback will be credited into my GROFERS CASH wallet by *th OCTOBER and till date i haven't received my money.
I request you to take the necessary steps against Grofers and if there is any need for further information/clarifications you can call me anytime.
