I had an order from ** March and Grofers could not deliver in due time. Then they extended the due date saying due to covid ** situation, but provided assurance that they still deliver and also they will first deliver existing orders before taking new ones.
However, I could see grofers still taking new orders and giving immediate delivery date.
Finally they cancelled my prepaid order on *th April. But stil no refund revered. I did multiple follow-ups but no response from Grofers.
Today I started a new thread and now they are saying they will not refund complete amount.
Can someone help file a case against the inconvenience caused by them.
