The carpet was sent for cleaning in first week of August. The product was received after multiple reminders and long wait on **th August in a folded manner( Not rolled) and smelling terrible. On complaining the product was taken back for cleaning and returned on **th August rolled up in packaging with polythene. This time the smell of the carpet was more horrible than the last time. The fabric has become rough. I wasted my time, money and the quality of the carpet went down after sending to Tumbledry Nanakramguda branch. Please take an action against such services.
