*) I ordered carpenter service from Urban Company(UC) for curtain rod installation
*) He Damaged my wall
*) I informed UC on chat and they asked me to hire external mason to repair the wall.
*) They said damage is reimbursable upto **,*** INR and for that they need the GST invoice for expenses incurred.
*) I got the wall repaired and that area repainted and provided them bill of INR ****
*) Now they are saying it will not be reimbursed as the damage is a small one. They said they will reimburse only ****.
*) I did not accept and kept following up.
*) they stopped responding and are forcibly trying to close the request.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
