Zoom Car - Cancelled the 8 day booking without consent

I was supposed to be picked up from Kochi airport by Zoomcar at * am for an *-day booking for my Kerela vacations however that did not happen. I had made the booking and was supposed to travel through Kerela and return the car in Thiruananthpuram and made my travel itinerary based on the zoom car booking done more than * month in advance. I reached out to the Zoom car parking lot at Kochi and then waiting for more than * hrs with family in the open sun and not one person has bothered to give me a callback. This is harassment for my self and family. I was standing next to the car that is available * Scorpion fact as per the parking lot staff however, I can’t get that as per Zoomcar staff.
My whole vacation plan went for a toss and further travel reservations as I don't have a car with which I was supposed to travel.
I had to make other arrangements on the spot that was too expensive and had spoilt the vacation fun. Had I cancelled the booking myself after the booking date Zoomcar would have forfeited the entire booking amount? I want that they should follow the same rule that is applicable on consumers, pay back the refund + the entire amount as a penalty to deliver the services along with the mental stress that was caused to me and my family.
