Byjus - Cancellation of order and issue refund

As I received a product on ** April **** Byjus Learning Application kit of Class- *st to **th. I want to return the product due to some personal issue. Content is good. But my daughter just takes admission in *st and the kit is useful for above *th standard. As I decided to take afterwards when my daughter went to *th standard.
As counsellor tell me content is best for *st to *rd std. But my daughter currently not understood and not aware of how to use and handle the tablet. So requesting them to cancel the current order and arrange to pick up product {or can I return the product at Pune office from where I collect product } from my address and issue the refund as early as possible. As I pay through credit card EMI. Before generating EMI please issue refund.
