Byjus - Cancellation of Byju s Course

Hello, We opted for Byju's one year course & during initial discussion their executive provide lots of false information (which we don't know that time) & we believe his words & got agreed to take that course.
During the final discussion, another executive came online for the discussion & he provide different statement which was not matching the first executive, which really makes us think, is it genuine online teaching company we should go or not ?? & in that call i clearly told him that your statement & your previous colleague statement are not matching, so he said you can make the payment & you will have two weeks time to withdraw from the course (in case if u r not convince with the course), so based upon that we decided to go for that course. but the overall response from the online mentor & helpline is too tardy & it was matching the first executive statement, within one week we decided to withdraw our-self, so before two weeks time we send the cancellation email to Byju's email id & even though we got one of their standard email reply, but after that their is no response from their side, even i am in touch with their executive whose phone number is with me, for the initial *-* days he was responding, but after that he stopped responding. Now we need two support from Byju's, first they have to collect their Lenovo Tablet & second they need to refund back my INR**K.
