We signed to a byjus program for a free trial period of ** days for my kid. We were informed that we won’t be charged by our credit card company until we finish the free trial period. However the EMI has been presented already and we have paid first instalment and interest. We have also raised a complain that our membership is not yet cancelled. On top of it we recd a call from their senior manager stating they need to speak to my kid before proceeding for cancellation which was absurd as he is only * years old. They have still not cancelled the membership and returned back my funds. Our bank has already presented the *nd EMI for this month. No proper response on email from byjus as well.
