I have booked my tickets for upcoming International trip from Delhi to Nairobi via Saudia Airlines on EaseMyTrip.Com through booking id: EMT*********. Since the airline has rescheduled the flight to other dates which are not part of plan i have requested to cancel my ticket and process whatever refund is possible. Now after ** days the rates for the same sector have raised by **% to **%. Now since my ticket cancellation confirmation is not received till date i do not want to block my funds further.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
