I was informed that flight has been delayed. So I applied for refund citing this reason in the application. I was expecting full refund as flight was delayed by airlines end. There was no delay from the airlines and Cleartrip didn't even confirm and clear this confusion. they straightway cancelled my ticket which costed me ***** out of ***** which is very high.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
