Byjus - Can t cancel program

Already we have requested to cancel this program to Ms .Nithila on **th Mar **** and ** April ****. At that point also she didn't inform the POC for cancelation she said ok and disconnected the call. From that moment we didn't receive call or we cant even reach you for queries

Also during the verification call we have clearly informed , we are not accepting this loan until we utilize the service.

I haven't used this product for more than * months..

Recently we have received one SD card..As we have informed Nithila about cancellation I refused to get that SD Card & LKG Books in blue dart, but they said it is not possible.We have returned the books alone to the delivery courier.I was quite surprised even after changing academic plan i'm getting materials for LKG(which was not in plan) also even after conveying we need to cancel we have received materials. In tab too the change does not get reflected.

At that time we were totally disappointed. Every time we don't have an idea to chase back education counsellor MS.HARSHITHA,where she committed every week there will be a followup(which does not happen).

Not even one customer care number is reachable. Within this chaos, my loan got processed and they sent an alert to deduct EMI. Also i have received a mail from the cancellation team with request id: ********. Still I don't have an update on this request. ,Still, the senior manager did not approach us as mentioned in mail for this cancellation issue. It's more than ** days after raising this request too.Everytime im getting multiple calls and messages from IIFL only

You guys can't even have track of who is using the app or not and didn't have courtesy to get feedback on it.

Very disappointed in going behind this brand. Worst education service. Paying our money , we are chasing you.

Also we have not paid the EMI due to this poor service.. FYI..
