- Can't use phonepe wallet balance for merchant payment Open
I have added Rs. **** to phonepe wallet but while on mi.com when I select phonepe wallet it shows wallet having zero balance and when contacted customer care they said they cannot do anything regarding it and cannot transfer the balance to a bank account.
