- Cable connection off since 3 days despite advance payment Closed
We have been using GTPL Cable operator services since long time. Multiple times it happened that their cable operator took money in advance of upcoming month and still ours channels got shut down for multiple days. Currently we have paid *** rs. Fo this January month in advance and since Last *-* days ours channels had been shut down. On calling to customer care, Supervisor person Manoj Rav told that he cannot start ours channels from customer care and told that we had to contact local cable operator for ours problem. Local cable operator Jaydipsigh : ********** had made his phone switched off since multiple days. We have been stuck with off tv despite we have paid advance payment. Last year same incident happened, that cable operator had been underground for few months and we have suffered a lot.
