Goibibo India Private Limited - Cab not provided and refund not processed

I had booked a cab from Pangot, Uttrakhand to Delhi on **rd of March * pm for my travel the next day, that is **th March **** at **.** pm. It was shown that my booking is confirmed and I will be assigned a driver and cab at **.**. Upon calling customer care at **.** pm they said they will share the details in a while however failed to do so. We waited from ** am till * am, as the network was low we stood near the hill away from the guest house to ensure the network, we were available through wi-fi but they didn't care to WhatsApp or update their app that they won't be able to provide the cab. Their customer care number came busy for * hours, we got an online complaint lodge and we got a message that we will get a call within ** minutes but nobody called. At *.** pm we got a call saying that Goibibo won't be able to provide the cab as they don't have any. We requested them to provide from Nainital but they said no for that too. Ultimately I had to spend around ***** to reach Delhi as I booked the cab at the last minute and it was Sunday. After coming back from **th till today *nd April, I am calling Goibibio every day but they are asking for **-** hours every time. I am calling them. There is no connection and communication between different team working in their customer care support. In my app, it still shows the trip taken and completes while I have called them and told them in all my * calls that I haven't taken and asked to update the same. They haven't even refunded the booking amount nor are resolving my query of this big blunder which Gobibio has done. Written them emails, spoken to at least * different people now, and worst of all they aren't calling back even after saying they will get back.
Didn't expect this from Goibibo. Need someone to call me or mail me or I will have to take some legal action for this unending followup and loss of money and mood that I faced during my family trip.
