Byjus - Byjus team taking loan without my permission on my name

One and a half month ago a counselor was came at my home , he said it is scholarship for students from byjus , then he took **** cash from me and he said if you don't need our product then you can return it I said ok . But when I wanted to cancel their product and I said don't deliver your product , then I told about cancellation on their helpline no , she said ok but suddenly a call was came from counselor (ujjwal babber) he said you should accept that product and return it after ** days and he didn't told about loan process and now everyday call is coming from byjus team's lady , she is saying we took loan now you should pay it. They are playing games , making fool and traping innocent people . Please solve my problem , I want to return their product and I want my whole refund now.
