Want to raise a complaint against Byjus. I booked a course by credit card no cost emi payment. After transaction i got a msg displaying taxes and processing charges. I immediately asked for refund(they have a freelook period of ** days) yet my money is not yet refunded.
Txn was on **.**. Today is **.**. I.e. ** days since payment was made. Ive made multiple complaints by emails n phone tp no response
