Hello Sir/Medam,
I have purchased a subscription from Byjus for my Son who is styding in *th Standard. Byjus commited that if they failed to give me services then they will give me ***% Refund. Right now I am at UAE, I have tried to customer care support and send many emails they are not giving me reply and money both. they always telling me that we will call you within ** hours but I am not getting a call from them. Please help me in this case.
